Most people only think of the variety and beauty of species and their conservation when you mention the keyword "biodiversity". However, biodiversity provides much more. It is possible to design biotic components and resources of biodiversity in such a way that certain ecological processes and functions (ecosystem services), such as natural pest control, are encouraged.
