More than 130 participants from 21 countries came together at a conference under the title “Basalt 2013 – Cenozoic Magmatism in Central Europe” from April 24th to April 28th 2013 in Görlitz/Germany (Goth 2013). Here, six contributions are presented: four articles dealing with geotourism in Poland and Germany, and two with geological aspects related to volcanic structures or edifices in Germany.
