This volume represents a step in the process of preserving the wealth of habitats and species that make up the character of Cornwall, now and for the future. The objectives of this document are:- To assess the status and trends in biodiversity in Cornwall; to identify the main factors affecting biodiversity; to establish priorities for the conservation of biodiversity; to make recommendations for immediate action to conserve and enhance Cornwall's biodiversity.
