With four times the power of a typical infrared flashlight, the Nightfox ARC is a powerful, wide-beam infrared floodlight. Designed with the professional ecologist in mind and featuring powerful 20w LEDS and a 140° beam angle, the ARC is ideal for lighting up a wide area during nocturnal surveys.

The ARC produces infrared at a wavelength of 850nm, meaning it can be used with any night vision camera on the market. Simply use the ARC to provide greater IR illumination on your nocturnal survey, making your images appear sharper and clearer and effectively increasing the maximum viewing range of your night vision device.

Weighing in at 1077g, the Arc is lightweight and compact and can be easily carried, placed on the ground or mounted on any tripod with a standard 1/4 inch thread

Taking around 6 hours to fully charge, the ARC can run for around an hour and a half at maximum brightness or around 4 hours on medium brightness. For longer deployment times, the ARC can be powered from a power bank using the cable provided (or a USB-C to USB-A cable), and can even be used to charge other items, such as a mobile phone, when in the field.
