Plant Diseases Caused by Bacteria contains 1006 images of plants affected with bacteria diseases that may be browsed or searched by host common or scientific name, disease name, pathogen, pathogen synonym, general symptom, or keyword. The CD-ROM includes detailed pictures with a range of symptom types caused by bacterial diseases, for example: blights, rots, scabs, galls, leaf and stem spots are all covered.

In addition, the disc contains illustrated and detailed narratives on 34 major bacterial diseases and includes important information on various factors of the diseases: mode of transmission, host range, mechanisms of infection, survival, and management. Among the selection of models are some of the world's most serious diseases.

Single User Version: Use of the Program is limited solely to the individual purchaser. It may not be loaned, rented, or otherwise shared with other individuals. The CD and its content may not reside concurrently on more than one computer and it may not be networked.

Multi User Version: The Multi User Version of the Program may not be networked. It is available for use by an unlimited number of individuals. The Program may be shelved at a single facility to be borrowed by individuals for use in that facility or taken elsewhere for use, or to be hosted on a single shared terminal. Multiple User Versions are marked with a stamp on the face of the disc and/or a label on the software manual.
