This French/English software is made up of two parts: an identification tool and a data base for the 51 sandfly species of West Africa (Benin, Burkino Faso, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Mauritiana, Niger Republic, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo). Includes more than 500 original photographic illustrations, an extensive bibliography, and up-to-date information on morphology, biology, geographical distribution and medical or veterinary importance for these insect vectors.
