This book includes two parts: The first part is the Introduction. It gives the general information of the wildflowers in Heilongjiang including the geographical distribution, wildflowers resources and the natural environment.

The second part is the individual description (190 pages). This part introduces 352 species (variants) which belong to 245 genera, 83 families. For each species the Chinese and Latin names, the main morphological characteristics, geographical distribution, habitat, uses, as well as the original photos taken in the field are included.
