This field guide offers ten excursions which introduce the stratigraphy and structure of Jamaica to all people interested in geology. They are a consequence of a Field Meeting of the Geologists’ Association held on the island in January 1993 and led by members of the staff of the Department of Geology, University of the West Indies, Mona, Kingston 7, Jamaica. Although the excursions start from Kingston, many can be undertaken from other centres, such as Port Antonio, Ocho Rios and Discovery Bay.
