Biography

David Alderton is an international best-selling authority on birds and their care. He is the former chairman of the National Council for Aviculture and is a consultant to the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council, based in Washington, DC.

Consultant Dr Jen Green is a writer mainly specialising in nature, the environment, geography, history and social issues. She holds a doctorate from the University of Sussex and worked in publishing for 15 years before becoming a full-time writer. She has written over 200 books.
