Kite Lynx HD+ Binoculars

About this product

The new Kite Lynx HD+ range offers unique, class-leading optical characteristics in an exceptionally lightweight and compact body thanks to state of the art engineering. They are perfect for surveying as it is easy to locate even fast moving animals and features in large landscapes, due to an unparalleled world-leading field of view across the range. The Lynx HD range is also fantastic for working with insects as the binoculars have an exceptional close focus ability, down to 1.3m. All of this is combined with ED glass (excluding 10 x 50 model) to reduce chromatic aberration and provide excellent neutral colour rendition, and Kite MHR Advance+ coating on the optics to produce excellent image quality. The most surprising element of this range is that all these characteristics are provided in a body that is lightweight and compact, with the 10 x 50 model being the same size and weight as other binoculars with 42mm objective lenses, providing a low light binocular without the additional weight to carry. The self-removable metal twist up on the 8 x 30 and 10 x 30 models has two intermediate stages offering improved comfort for spectacle wearers and these models are also 4mm shorter than the original Lynx HD. These binoculars are fully waterproof and nitrogen filled and they have proprietary lens coatings Kite PERMAVISION to repel water and dirt, and Kite PERMARESIST for enhanced scratch resistance. They have integrated objective lens covers, straps and pouch and they are covered by a 30 year warranty.
