About this book

A photo essay about Plantlife International's most northerly nature reserve in the UK – essentially a love letter to the site. It celebrates the plants, wildlife and landscape features which characterise this prime example of Scottish blanket bog and its vast open skies, as well as demonstrating some of the activities being undertaken on the reserve. Munsary Peatlands is illustrated and written by Richard Lindsay, who has worked on Munsary Peatlands since 1978 and who leads the team currently monitoring the effects of restoration management currently being undertaken by Plantlife International.
