Biography

Peter S. Maitland was a senior scientist at the Natural Environment Research Council for 20 years before becoming an independent consultant in freshwater and fisheries ecology. He has written several books in the field of aquatic biology and is a a Visiting Professor at the University of Glasgow. Keith Linsell's superb work has been published in more than 50 books, as well as in the major angling publications of Britain and Europe.
