Over the hundreds of years the parklckland has existed, it has seen countless changes and now consists of native woodland to the north, Holland House and formal flower gardens in the centre, with the south dedicated to sports and leisure. The Friends of Holland Park is a Charitable organisation whose role is to preserve and protect the park's natural and historic assets. The bird habitats are precious and it is vital that they are looked after.
