A Solar Cellular Camera that uses mobile connectivity to transmit photos directly to your phone, the Vosker V200 is ideal for monitoring remote locations that Wi-Fi cannot reach. Thanks to LTE connectivity providing unparalleled transmission speed and innovative ImageSense AI, it represents top-of-the-line cellular monitoring technology.
When in video mode, the Vosker V200 records in Full HD 1080p video (with audio) that is saved on the internal SD card. In the PHOTO FIRST option, selectable in the mobile app, the camera sends a photo to your phone for every video captured. In photo mode, the images are sent to the mobile app (please note, there is no live view), and are captured in impressive 1920x1080 Full HD quality. Colour photos are captured during the day, and by night the infrared LED system captures clear black-and-white images.
During darkness, the super low glow IR LED with smoke glass window allows for sharp and clear black-and-white images. Night vision settings (blur reduction, boost and optimal) mean you can tailor the settings depending on your needs: 'optimal' sacrifices some flash range to produce better quality images of closer targets, and 'boosted' extends the flash range, at the risk of over-exposing nearer subjects and reduced battery life. Alongside an impressive trigger speed of 0.07s and detection range of 100ft, the V200 is perfect for capturing subjects at night, at a distance, and regardless of how fast they are moving. Different operation modes allow you to choose between a standard photo mode and video mode, a time-lapse with customizable intervals, and a photo and time-lapse mode. Video lengths can be set for 10, 30, 60 or 90s, and the A.I tools built-in to the Vosker App are cutting-edge technology aiding in identifying subjects in monitored areas.
The Vosker App is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and you can view day and night photos. It allows you to set up your camera from anywhere and at any time from your mobile device, and you can customize notifications for when activity is detected.
The V200 is weather-resistant with a IP65 protection rating, and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 40℃. There is a built-in solar panel for maximising battery life and can be charged via a rechargeable battery pack, 8x AA batteries and an optional 12V battery pack (batteries not included). These qualities make the Vosker V200 reliable and a perfect security camera for any outdoor condition.
A key feature of cellular cameras is the ability to transmit photos and videos to the user's phone via the cell network, allowing instant updates anywhere in the world so long as the camera is receiving a signal. A variety of data plans are available: the 'free' plan, which allows up to 100 standard definition images to be transferred and stores photos in the cloud for two days, the 'basic' plan, which costs 10€/month and allows the transfer of up to 500 SD images and 10 HD photos and keeps media available for 30 days, the 'alerted' plan, which allows for 1000 SD images, 20 HD images, and stores media permanently for 15€/month, and finally the "elite" plan, which costs 20€/month and in addition to storing images permanently allows for the transfer of unlimited SD photos and 40 HD photos. All photos and videos are also stored on the camera's SD card (included), which can be manually retrieved at the user's convenience. Upon activation of their account, the user gains a free 30 trial of the 'Elite' data plan.
