This beating sheet is ideal for invertebrate surveys and is made from durable wipe clean fabric. The large light surface area makes it easy to collect and identify insects "beaten" from nearby bushes and shrubs. It is available in either a 1m x 1m size or a larger 1m x 2m version and both sizes come with a handy bag for storage and transport. Please be careful not to damage any foliage when collecting the insects, a few firm taps to the branch is usually enough.
