Terje Tvedt is Professor and Research Director at the Centre for Development Studies, Faculty of Social Science, University of Bergen. Eva Jakobsson is Senior Research Scientist at Stavanger University College, Norway. Richard Coopey is Professor of History at the University of Aberystwyth. Terje Ostigaard is Research Fellow at the Centre for Development Studies, Norway.
