Language: Chinese with scientific nomenclature
Based on a detailed investigation of ancient trees in Lijiang, China, 838 individual ancient trees were recorded in Lijiang City, with 38 species belonging to 20 families and 35 genera. Among them a total of 200 gymnosperms; 18 angiosperm families and 34 species for a total of 638; and 20 deciduous species and 18 evergreen species. In addition, the morphological characteristics of each tree, distribution, growth environment and protection methods are described, and the relationship between old trees and local culture is also described.

《丽 江古树》在对丽江古树详细调查的基础上，记载了丽江市古树及后备古树资源838株，共计38个种，分属20科，35属。其中，裸子植物2科，4种，共 200株；被子植物18科，34种，共638株；落叶树种20种，常绿树种18种。此外，有名木1种，47株，同时对每株古树的形态特征、分布、生长环境 及保护的方法进行了说明，及古树与当地文化的关系也做研究。
