  • Useful local guide
By Woo 16 Mar 2018 Written for Paperback
We stayed in a hotel just outside Lagos, and there was plenty of opportunity for walking. So finding a guide that concentrated on the locality was great. It led us into a few nooks and crannies we hadn't found previously, and gave us a bit more confidence about places we had read about elsewhere but without the detail of how to find them. This also contains information about bus routes and times. So it's useful whether or not you have a car to get out to some of the more distant sites.
