One chapter introduces the seaweeds, including their classification, identification characteristics, growth and development, life cycle, distribution, and application in industry and agriculture. Another chapter describes the seaweed flora, introducing more than 220 species seaweed, each with pictures, scientific name, morphological description and distribution.
