This paper contains descriptions of thirty-one species, under nine genera of Eurytomidae from India. Of these three genera, viz. Bephrata Cameron, Eurytomocharis Ashmead, and Phylloxeroxenus Ashmead are being recorded for the first time from India, and one genus is new to science. The types and other examples are deposited in the collections of the Zoological Survey of India, Calcutta.
