The Magical Mara is the story of a family’s safari in this wilderness, spanning 23 days, in three different parts of the Masai Mara National Reserve in southwestern Kenya and co-authored by three generations ranging from the ages of 66 to 6. In 23 days, this safariholic family witnessed and photographed life in the African bush from seven distinct perspectives. Be it big cats mating, their family life, stalking, hunting, charging and fighting; and, of course, the other fascinating fauna and avifauna that inhabit the Mara.
