The electronic folding probe thermometer has a stainless steel sensor probe. The probe is adjustable to an angle of 0 to 180 degrees, to allow the LCD screen to be read from different angles. This thermometer is suitable for a variety of uses including food processing, agriculture, laboratory and energy management. The thermometer has a one second sensing and has a range of -50 to +250°C (switchable to °F). It is accurate to ±1°C between -20°C and +150°C, and ±2°C outside of this range. 

Auto power on is triggered when the probe is opened to more than a 30° angle, and auto power off is triggered when the probe is closed to less than a 30° angle. The probe of the thermometer folds away conveniently for easy storage when not in use.

The thermometer is battery powered and a battery comes included, as well as a wrist strap.
