Ramit Singal is a 4th year engineering student from Manipal Institute of Technology of Manipal University. He has been taking his birds and birding seriously since 2006. He is an experienced birdwatcher regularly contributing to media articles, online blogs and websites, nationwide monitoring programmes, and conducts frequent birdwalks for new as well as old birders in Manipal.
