We are looking for a full time Warehouse Supervisor in our Warehouse to effectively assist the Warehouse Manager in managing the smooth running of warehouse operations which include Goods In, Picking/Packing and Dispatch.

Our warehouse and office is based on the industrial estate in Totnes. We have been selling natural history and science books since 1985, and ecological survey equipment since 2009. The successful candidate will be joining a diverse and friendly workforce of 55 staff.
This permanent position is available immediately. Salary: £22,500 p.a., based on a 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday. The position attracts 28 days holiday p.a which includes bank holidays, birthdays off, up to three paid days of conservation volunteering p.a., a generous company pension, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, free on-site parking.

We are looking for an ambitious IT/Systems Technician to support the development of the NHBS IT systems. You will be working closely with the IT Manager and the in-house software development team to create and support the best possible IT solutions and to ensure that the system runs efficiently and grows to meet company requirements.
We expect the right candidate to develop their skills within the role, to evolve the IT systems in conjunction with their own professional development and to take on responsibility as part of that process.
Along with great general IT skills; the right candidate must be able to show a proactive problem solving ability, and be able to master new skills as and when required. Some experience in planning and executing projects would be advantageous. Above all, you will have the desire to work as a key person within a team to develop the best IT solutions together.
