Scott of the Antarctic's amazing diary of the ill-fated Terra Nova expedition in which he perished along with Edward Wilson, Henry Bowers, Lawrence Oates and Edgar Evans after reaching the South Pole behind Roald Amundsen. However, the original illustrations that accompanied the first edition have long since disappeared from the cheap paperback editions currently available. This new edition reunites for the first time in 100 years the diary with the stunning original photographs of Antarctic and the men of the expedition by Herbert Ponting.
