Illustrated Flora of Taiwan

For the first time in 120 years, a complete picture book of plants in Taiwan has been written in Chinese. Eight volumes contain information on 4,743 species of native plants in Taiwan, with a total of more than 15,000 clear photos, ecological maps and detailed illustrations, according to the latest APG IV plant classification system.

This set of illustrations is the first domestic application of APG classification into molecular biology. Species and fascicles will be based on precise species evolution sequence instead of the traditional Engler classification based on plant morphology. This will be Taiwan's first comprehensive and academic plant classification book. The book also uses a large number of high-resolution photos to fully present the characteristics and ecological environment of 4,739 species of plants.
