About this book

lt is over twenty years since the publication of Pilbeam's first book on this genus, and since then there has been the major work by Graham Charles published in 2009, which no Gymno enthusiast should be without, containing a history of the genus and detailed information of their setting up in print over the years and their whereabouts in habitat, as well as opinions of their standing by other Gymno enthusiasts. This book has been compiled by way of a colour supplement, as it were, to these two earlier publications, a gallery of photos of those now considered to be the currently accepted names.
