About this book

As a result of the '3rd Tephritoid Taxonomist's Meeting' 11 scientific papers are presented in this volume. They treat taxonomy, phylogeny, biology, morphology, and faunistics of the Tephritoidea families Pallopteridae, Platystomatidae, Ulidiidae, and Tephritidae from all biogeographical regions (except Antarctica). Four new genera (all in Tephritidae, one fossil and 3 extant) and twenty new species (10 Ulidiidae, 10 Tephritidae, among them 2 fossil species) are described.
