This is an interactive tool for identifying declared plants (noxious weeds) in Australia. Using the Lucid identification system it allows you to easily select features of the plant you wish to identify, and provides images, text and a number of functions that will aid the identification process. The CD provides extensive information about more than 300 declared plants and includes another 500 species of commonly occurring weeds. The CD contains an introduction, a tutorial, the identification key, fact sheets on all the State declared weed species in Australia, refernces, a glossary and links to other relevant web sites. There is also an interactive tutorial within the key that explains how to use the Lucid identification system.
