Jesse Cancelmo made his first scuba dive in Bermuda in 1969. Since then, he has made over 18 trips to dive and photograph Bermuda's wrecks and reefs. An accomplished photojournalist, his work appears regularly in diving and wildlife publications. He also teaches underwater photography and leads dive trips worldwide, and is the author of the Aqua Quest guide Diving Cayman Islands. Jesse lives in Houston, Texas where he manages an engineering staff for an international engineering and construction firm.
Michael Strohofer has been scuba instructor since 1979. In 1984 he moved from Cincinnati to Bermuda and spent the next fifteen years teaching diving and capturing the island's reefs and shipwrecks on film. In 1994 he sold his interests in South Side Scuba Ltd. and founded Peppercorn Diving Adventures. He returned to Cincinnati in 1999, and now works with AFC Enterprises, a multi-faceted corporate and franchise conglomerate. Michael is the author of two stage plays and numerous short stories.
