Iron is naturally present in most water supplies and like Iodine is essential for human health. However, left in the water, iron can stain pipework and swimming pool surfaces. It can also affect water taste, cause problems with animal feed lines and increase the chance of sulphur bacteria infestation. Testing should therefore form an important part of any water monitoring and this ergonomically designed pocket checker is a great addition to any portable water testing kit.

The Checker for Iron comes complete with 2 sample cuvettes, 1 black cuvette cap, starter pack of 6 reagents, 1 x 1.5V AAA battery and complete instructions.
