About this book

Language: Bilingual in French and German

This key in French and German treats the 284 species and subspecies of Gastropoda currently known for Switzerland and its nearest surroundings. It will be a precious tool for the experienced ecologist as well as the student of biology who wants to become familiar with this group. It consists of a dichotomic key of the families, a key to the species for each of the 45 families, a systematic and an alphabetical list. These lists contain references to the pages in Atlas of Molluscs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, which was published by the CSCF in 1998 (Fauna Helvetica 2). The key is thus a natural complement of the atlas.
