Language: Chinese with scientific nomenclature

This is the first book to systematically record plants in the Karakorum and Kunlun mountains. Flora Kunlunica will be divided into four volumes. It records over 2600 species vascular bundle plants in the area. Flora Kunlunica, Volume 4 contains 532 species, 15 subspecies and 53 varieties belonging to 10 families from Typhaceae to Orchidaceae, totalling 106 genera. It describes their morphological characteristics, distribution, and ecological environment. The new taxonomic group characters, a history of specimen collection, indices to Chinese and scientific names, and a map indicating the area are also provided in the end of the book.
