Fifty species of genera Cortinarius are described and illustrated with microphotographs, electronic scanning microscope photographs and photocolors. The descriptions and the iconographies have been realized by a group of Ibero-Insular Cortinariologos (G.I.C.) who will systematically publish interesting species of the Iberian Peninsula (from the mediterranean to alpine zone).
