NHBS has served European customers since the company began trading in 1985, and will continue to do so post Brexit. To ensure continuity of service, we have registered a new company in Bonn, Germany – NHBS GmbH – to serve all our mainland European customers. The new business is fully registered for tax and VAT in Germany and we are currently working on processing our first orders through NHBS GmbH.
We will soon be accepting orders through nhbs.com in euros as well as UK Pounds, by card or invoice. Transactions in Euros will be processed through NHBS GmbH, but don’t worry, all the ordering processes will remain the same!
If you are an EU business customer, you will need to update your records with our new company information, which can be found below.
We aim to maintain our high levels of service throughout the Brexit transition period, and are working to minimise any impacts it might have. By ordering through NHBS GmbH, as a European customer, you will:
Be ordering through a German VAT registered company, avoiding any potential complications after the end of the Brexit transition period
Continue to benefit from our excellent customer service and highly specialised knowledge and support
Many thanks for your continued support, please feel free to contact us with any queries you have regarding this important development.
