About this book

The view from Yosemite National Park is so vast and wide, but what hikers see from its peak today is different from the view Native Americans and Spanish colonialists looked upon. Historic Yosemite National Park is a vibrant collection of stories that share different parts of Yosemite National Park's history. Yosemite has witnessed pivotal characters such as conservationist and writer John Muir, and artist Ansel Adams. Learn about why Yosemite National Park has inspired its visitors for centuries.
