"Key Questions in Urban Pest Management is an ideal publication for anyone within the industry who either wants to test their own knowledge or, more likely, that of others – for example, in quizzes, training sessions, tests before exams and the like. What makes the book so helpful is the answers section. For each question, the answer is given, along with a detailed explanation, so living up to the publication's subtitle of – A Study and Revision Guide. The publication has much to recommend it."
