Biography

Michael L. Power is a senior research associate at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an animal scientist at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park.

Jay Schulkin is the senior director of the research department at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a faculty member at Georgetown University's Department of Neuroscience and the University of Washington's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Power and Schulkin are the coauthors of The Evolution of Obesity and The Evolution of the Human Placenta.
