These stereo microscope eyepieces for the Motic SMZ-168 series utilize the signature Greenough Optical System to provide excellent brightness and clarity. They work in combination with an objective lens to provide the microscope's overall magnification. For example, a 2x objective lens with a 20x eyepiece provides an overall zoom of 40x (2x20). All Motic microscopes are provided with 10x eyepieces and objective lenses up to 2x or 4x, detailed on the model's page.
Please note: These eyepieces are provided singly, so two will be required for a stereo microscope. Additionally, these eyepieces are comptible only with the SMZ-168 series. Suitable replacement optics for the Motic S-10-P, ST-30C-2LED, ST-30C-2LOO, SMZ-140 series can be found here.
