Biography

Steve Evans has a life-long passion for British Nature and in particular birds. His other passion in life is producing short films. Since 2004, Steve has managed to combine the two and has created over ten DVDs about the Rare & Scarce birds seen in Britain. He has also ventured outside of the UK to produce five DVD guides for Birdwatching in Portugal, Sardinia, Slovenia, the Canary Islands and Cape May in the USA. In 2013 Steve was keen to broaden his knowledge of British Wildlife and teamed up with fellow wildlife cameraman, Paul Wetton to produce the first ever DVD guide to British mammals.

Paul Wetton loves the peace and quiet of secluded outdoor places, has a great interest in all aspects of wildlife and has spent many years watching, photographing and more recently filming many natural history subjects. Paul has produced films covering a multitude of British and European species. One such film being the acclaimed Butterfly Year. Paul jumped at the opportunity to spend time filming the mammals of Britain with Steve and increase his knowledge on this interesting subject.
