Biography

Sina Varshaneh is an experienced arborist with a background in forestry and wilderness conservation. Growing up in the Appalachian mountains founded a deep love for trees and the outdoors. He spends most of his time these days climbing trees and caring for them in the urban environment. When he's not 100 feet up in a tree, he spends most of his time woodworking, camping, and hanging out with his dog.

Kaja Kajfež was born in the small but charming city of Varazdin, Croatia in 1992. She developed her love towards drawing as a child – her mum used to draw with her for hours which really sparked her interest in illustration early on. What first started as experimentation in different traditional mediums led her to eventually invest in her first graphics tablet that steered her work into the digital realm. Since then she's been working completely digitally but loves to add organic textures and brush strokes to her works that she still develops manually. Her artistic passion together with her interest in computer technologies led her to get a degree by finishing the 'Multimedia, Design and Application' study at University North in Croatia where she oriented towards visual communication. During her college years, she started getting freelance work thanks to which she was able to establish her own illustration studio that mainly focuses on illustration, lettering and surface pattern design. Besides doing her dream job, she loves to take long walks in nature, explore different historical periods, scroll through old picture books, listen to online concerts and spend time with her dog.
