This is a compact, practical field guide for tourists and people working in Etosha National Park, northern and central Namibia, as well as commercial and communal farmers of the surrounding areas. It describes 50 of the most common trees and shrubs that occur in Etosha and surroundings, illustrated by the well-known artist Blythe Loutit. A map provides the different vegetation zones of Etosha. The common names of plants and a botanical list of all presently known plant species in the Park supplement the text.
