Browning combines cellular trail camera technology with the Micro-Solar Panel Battery Pack, creating an ideal setup for remote access or long-term camera trapping. The Browning Defender Pro Scout Max Solar camera captures HD videos and photos quickly, thanks to trigger speeds starting at a quarter of a second for photos. No-glow LEDs prevent humans and other species from spotting your camera once in the field. Save the hassle of trekking to your site and view your GPS-tagged captures remotely using the Browning app to connect to the pre-installed worldwide SIM, which transmits directly to your mobile device on the strongest available network. The Defender app also facilitates battery, signal, and storage updates. 

Browning offers a range of monthly data plans through the Strike Force Wireless app as outlined below:

International Unlimited Plan – €14.99/month: Unlimited image uploads + 12 video uploads per camera

• Sport – €9.99/month: 1,200 image uploads (1 camera only)
• Sport Plus – €12.99/month: 2,400 image uploads (up to 2 cameras)
• Explorer – €19.99/month: 3,000 image uploads (up to 3 cameras)
• Explorer Plus – €29.99/month: 6,000 images + 100 videos (up to 4 cameras)
• Discover – €49.99/month: 12,000 images + 150 videos (up to 6 cameras)

Note: Although rechargeable batteries (of at least 2500mAh) can be used with trail cameras, they are not recommended due to their lower capacity and voltage. Therefore they are unlikely to operate the camera at its full potential, or as reliably when compared with standard lithium batteries. If the use of rechargeable batteries is necessary we recommend Panasonic Eneloop Pro batteries which have been shown to perform well with trail cameras.  Additionally, we recommend using an SD card with a minimum write speed of 10MB/s (also labelled as U1 or class 10).
