Media reviews

"[...] Generally I would say this is an opportunity missed. New Zealand is crying out for a comprehensive field guide, at least on the macro-moths, with an authoritative text and coverage of species identification. At best this guide should be regarded as a basic gateway guide for the general naturalist or occasional visitor"
– Sean Clancy, Atropos 75, 2025

"This richly illustrated and informative book is a must-have for all naturalists with an interest in Aotearoa New Zealand's extraordinary endemic Lepidoptera. Highly recommended."
– Dr Robert Hoare, Senior Entomologist, Manaaki Whenua - Landcare Research
