About this book

Language: Catalan

Guia dels Ocells d’Andorra provides an introduction to the environment of Andorra. The main part of the book describes 126 different species that can be observed here. Each entry gives the common and scientific name of the species and is illustrated with a magnificent drawing that facilitates recognition. The reader will be able to find more tools to identify the birds in the field and know their situation in Andorra (whether they are nesting, migratory or wintering birds), what habitats they prefer and their distribution in Andorra. The probability of detection is also indicated, and finally, there is some idea of where the birds can be seen.
