This sturdy hand net is a lightweight hand net for aquatic sampling of invertebrates. Available with either a wooden or aluminium handle. The net attaches to the frame via an inner stainless steel ring which is held in place using plastic brackets and fixing screws. This means that the back of the net collar is protected from abrasion when the net is used for kick sampling. The bags can also be easily changed for washing or replacement. Spare net bags are also available to purchase separately.

This professional hand net range conforms to Environment Agency Specifications.

The collapsible frames (available in two or three sections) have a wooden handle (British Ash) with sections joined using brass screw fittings - this enables the frame to be disassembled for easy transport.
