The Dark Ops FHDR 40 MP provides excellent quality images and video day and night. This trail cam comes equipped with Browning’s Gen 2 Night Optics System and Radiant 4 Illumination Technology, excelling in low-light conditions, all with the benefit of invisible no-glow LEDs. The Dark Ops FHDR40 features an adjustable trigger speed from 0.135 to 0.7 seconds, ensuring you capture even the most elusive animals. The Smart IR Video feature continues recording as long as there’s movement, letting you monitor your species uninterrupted. Plus, a 24m detection range and 0.5-second recovery time mean this camera is always ready. Housed in a tough all-weather casing designed to withstand varied conditions, whether in the field researching or investigating the wildlife just beyond your back door. It is packed with features including SD Card Management, multi-shot modes, and timelapse. This camera is the ultimate tool for those who demand reliability and precision.

Note: Although rechargeable batteries (of at least 2500mAh) can be used with trail cameras, they are not recommended due to their lower capacity and voltage. Therefore they are unlikely to operate the camera at its full potential, or as reliably when compared with standard lithium batteries. If the use of rechargeable batteries is necessary we recommend Panasonic Eneloop Pro batteries which have been shown to perform well with trail cameras.  Additionally, we recommend using an SD card with a minimum write speed of 10MB/s (also labelled as U1 or class 10).
