About this book

The present paper records 45 species of helminth parasites from vertebrate hosts of the district Dehradun, belonging to two Phyla under 3 orders, 23 families and 35 genera. The study includes five new species (Rizvi, Bursey & Bhutia, 2012; 2013), three new records from India, seven new records from the State Uttarakhand and seventeen new records from the district Dehradun. Besides, a community analysis of amphibian helminths has also been done for the first time from the district Dehradun.
