Fauna Sinica: Insecta, Volume 55: Lepidoptera: Hesperiidae contains two parts. The first part is a general account. The second part is a systematic account of Chinese skippers. Out of a total of 370 species, 200 species are studied and described on the basis of examined specimens,male and female genitalia are illustrated. In the case of those species, whose specimen have not been collected by authors, are redescribed on basis of the literature for the sake completeness. Key to the subfamilies, tribes, genera and species are provided.
